Who is Colorado Health Partnerships? (CHP)
Colorado Health Partnerships, (CHP) is a public/private partnership providing quality mental health services to Medicaid eligible members in southern and Western Colorado. CHP was formed in 1995, when 8 community mental health centers formed a partnership with ValueOptions®, the nation’s largest independent behavioral health and wellness company. Together, they formed a limited liability corporation (LLC). This LLC contracts with Colorado’s Department of Health Care Policy and Financing.
Three of the partners are provider owned LLCs: - Pikes Peak Medicaid LLC, SyCare LLC, and West Slope Casa LLC. These three LLCs encompass eight community mental health centers with responsibility for serving more than 160,000 Medicaid eligible members through eight community mental health centers that span 43 counties.

CHP believes individuals and families can, and do recover from mental illness. That is why the Partnership devotes significant resources to helping people overcome the challenges of serious and persistent mental illness.
If your clients are in one of the following counties in Colorado, and are receiving Medicaid, they are automatically enrolled in the program.
